Blumhouse has launched a spoof lawyer-style ad, a parody of commercials recruiting lawsuit claimants, to promote Season 2 of USA Network's The Rainmaker, Variety reports. It invites viewers "personally victimized by a Blumhouse movie or series" to file complaints at bit.ly/blumhouseclaims. Fine print reads: "No real lawsuit is being filed." Blumhouse says it will share some submissions on social media.
