High Court judge rules Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor can be called to give evidence in civil fraud trial

Mr Justice Adam Johnson has ruled that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the former Duke of York, can be called to give evidence in a London civil fraud trial, a privately brought claim rather than a state prosecution. Nebahat Isbilen alleges Selman Turk misled her over a £750,000 payment to the Duke in 2019. Mr Turk denies dishonesty.
