Brazilians vote October 25 in a presidential run-off, a second round between the top two candidates held when no one wins a majority in the first. Senator Flavio Bolsonaro, of the Liberal Party, led the October 4 first round with 47%. Incumbent Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva took just over 45%. Lula, 80, seeks a fourth, non-consecutive term.
