Cairo Films and Al Arabia Co-Produce Sleepless Nights 2, Al Arabia to Distribute

Cairo Films and Al Arabia Cinema International are co-producing Sleepless Nights 2, the sequel to the 2003 Egyptian relationship drama, Variety reported on 21 October 2026. Al Arabia holds the Sleepless Nights intellectual property and will distribute the sequel. No cast has been announced, and a shoot is targeted for April or May 2027.
