Disney plans to roughly triple its annual international original series output over three years, from about 60 to 70 shows in 2026, The Hollywood Reporter reports. In April, Disney signed a multi-year development deal with TBS-owned The Seven for more Japanese live-action originals. Development deals cover projects before production is committed.
