Two men rearrested in UK over suspected Iran-linked plot at US air base

Two men have been rearrested in the UK on suspicion of helping Iran in connection with a suspected plot at a US-operated air base. Rearrest means they were held before in the same inquiry and are now in custody again for further questioning. Suspicion allows detention for investigation; it is not a charge or finding of guilt.
