Chrome adds middle-ground warning for suspicious sites

Google is adding a new suspicious-site warning to Chrome for pages that look like phishing, malware or scams. The lower-confidence alert, meaning possible rather than confirmed danger, shows as a pop-up over a dimmed page on desktop and mobile, with a 'Mark as safe' button, between no warning and a full block.
