Royal Exchange to stage premiere of Munich air disaster drama in 2028

Manchester's Royal Exchange has announced it will stage the world premiere of Munichs in 2028. Ben Power adapted David Peace's novel about the Munich air disaster, which killed 23 of 44 passengers, including eight Manchester United players. Artistic director Selina Cartmell unveiled the production as part of the theatre's 2027-28 programme.
