Fleming says England should be coached by Englishman

England Test coach Stephen Fleming says his successor should be English. The New Zealander, appointed in July, told BBC Radio 5 Live: "I do believe that primarily the national team should be coached by a national representative". Developing English coaches will be a "priority", he said. Since 1999 only Peter Moores and Chris Silverwood have led the Test side.
