Mississippi says police killing of 1-year-old was justified

Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch's office said the Senatobia police shooting that killed 1-year-old Kohen Wiley "was justified." Wiley was sitting in his mother's lap when shot in June. The officer who fired was identified as Sgt Hunter Foster. The shooting also wounded Latoya Ferrell, who was in the car.
