Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge opens unseen Morris holdings

The Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge opens 'A Call to Art: William Morris and the Pre-Raphaelites' on 23 October 2026, the museum says. The core is thousands of drawings, letters and designs acquired by former director Sydney Cockerell, most never displayed, The Art Newspaper reported. The show runs to 3 May 2027, the museum says, with loans from British owners.
