Nvidia releases 74B open model for on-device PC agents

Nvidia released Nemotron 3.5 Bolt 74B-A9B 24GB on Oct. 19, a 74-billion-parameter openly available model for running AI agents locally. It handles multistep reasoning, calling software tools and web browsing. Nvidia targets AI PCs with RTX Spark chips and DGX Spark workstations, keeping fast-response agent work on the device.
