Believe puts three regions under Global Head of Music Romain Vivien

Believe announced the expansion of Global Head of Music Romain Vivien's role to directly lead its EMEA, Americas and APAC regions on October 19. Three regional presidents will report to him, according to Music Business Worldwide. He continues to oversee global recorded music activities and drive strategic partnerships.
