Qatar warns worst energy fallout from Iran war still to come

Qatar's Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani warned on October 19, 2026 that the global energy fallout from the U.S.-Israel war on Iran has yet to peak. Speaking at the Global Security Forum in Doha, he said further repercussions are likely in coming days and months.
