Hipkins challenges Luxon to health debate

Labour leader Chris Hipkins has challenged National leader Christopher Luxon to a debate on health. Hipkins issued the challenge in a video posted on social media, saying the health system was "in crisis". Luxon denies the system is in crisis. Hipkins said New Zealanders deserved "straight answers about the state of their health system and what the future holds".
