Nottinghamshire officer in hospital after being shot in foot

A Nottinghamshire police officer is in hospital after being shot in the foot in Nottingham city centre early on Sunday, 18 October. Police said the officer was struck after approaching two suspects in Angel Row at 4:50am. A cordon is in place around the area, which is closed, with forensics at the scene.
