Martinez says he will return in weeks after jaw surgery

Chelsea keeper Emiliano Martinez says he will be fit "in a few weeks" after jaw surgery. He was hurt in Saturday's 2-0 Premier League win at Everton after colliding with Jarrad Branthwaite. He needed eight minutes' treatment, left on a stretcher and went to hospital. On Sunday he wrote the operation went well.
