DeepSeek published DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash-1017 on Hugging Face, a hub where AI models are shared, on Oct. 17, 2026. The company calls it a minor update to V4.1-Flash and links to a technical report explaining the changes. Its website now lists V4.1-Flash-1017 as the current V4.1 Flash version.
