Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales, wished England's men's, women's and wheelchair Rugby League teams well as they travel to Australia for the World Cup. The message went out on 17 October 2026 on the joint account she shares with William, Prince of Wales. She holds the sport's patronage, the formal public supporter role, taken on in 2022.
