Pooh Shiesty alleges 23-hour solitary confinement in Texas jail

Lontrell Williams Jr, known as Pooh Shiesty, said in an Oct. 15 emergency motion he is held alone in a small cell 23 hours a day at Rolling Plains Regional Jail in Texas. His lawyers said he is presumed innocent, reported worsening sleep and anxiety, and said jail staff cited only his own protection. Trial is tentatively set for February.
