Akar Prakar sells three Ganesh Haloi works at Frieze Masters

The Art Newspaper reported that Kolkata and Delhi-based Akar Prakar sold three of six works by 90-year-old painter Ganesh Haloi at Frieze Masters in London. Drawings were priced around £35,000 and larger paintings around £130,000, the paper said. Buyers included Mumbai-based Dara Mehta and the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art in New Delhi.
