Ryan urges Senate crossbench to block over-65s health rebate cut

Independent MP Monique Ryan, the member for Kooyong, has called on independent and minor-party senators to block Labor's proposed cut to private health insurance rebates for over-65s. The rebate lowers premiums, and over-65s currently get a bigger discount. Labor pitched it as a budget saving.
