Lake Mead barrel victim identified as Edward 'Buddy' Jackson

Clark County coroner Melanie Rouse identified the man found dead in a barrel at Lake Mead in 2022 as Edward Lelburian Jackson, known as 'Buddy.' Boaters found his remains near Hemenway Harbor. DNA testing confirmed his identity. Jackson, from Arkansas, was in his mid to late-50s. His family last saw him in the early 1980s.
