US alleges ticket broker bought 7,624 Beyoncé tickets using 1,300 accounts

U.S. Justice Department alleges San Diego-based REPS & Co used at least 1,300 accounts to buy 7,624 tickets for Beyoncé's 1 Oct 2023 Renaissance show at Arrowhead Stadium. The filing says the limit was four to eight tickets and claims about $833,323 resale profit. Case brought under BOTS Act, which bans bypassing limits with technology.
