Former problem gambler says online ad sparked addiction

Former problem gambler Jack told RNZ he started gambling after an online ad offering free spins. He said he still sees gambling promotions on Instagram and gets dozens of gambling emails a day while trying to quit. He said regulators need sharper teeth to stop ads for illegal online casinos reaching people in recovery.
