1 billion phishing messages sent since January

YAM Store marketplace and CoGUI and Iron Man phishing kits — toolkits for fake logins — sent over one billion malicious messages since January 2026 to more than 75,000 organizations worldwide, Microsoft said Oct. 14, 2026. Over 750 million targeted Microsoft customers in 150 countries, including consumers, healthcare and financial institutions.
