Scam network sent 1 billion fake messages

YAM Store marketplace and CoGUI and Iron Man scam kits, like fake shops that steal passwords, sent over one billion harmful messages since January 2026 to over 75,000 organizations worldwide, Microsoft said Oct. 14, 2026. Over 750 million targeted Microsoft customers in 150 countries, including ordinary people, hospitals and banks.
