Mosqitter Plans AI Network to Track Mosquito Species

Pennsylvania startup Mosqitter said October 14 at TechCrunch Startup Battlefield in San Francisco it plans to turn its chemical-free mosquito traps into an AI-powered monitoring network. The traps use computer vision, cameras that identify mosquito species by sight, to track populations and provide earlier warnings of disease risk.
