Kenya Confirms Second Linked Ebola Case Under Quarantine

Kenya has confirmed a second Ebola case, in a 39-year-old close relative of the man who died in Nairobi on 5 October. The health ministry says he was already in quarantine when he became sick, so officials see no wider spread. Control now depends on monitoring other contacts for 21 days, the full incubation period.
