Judge blocks Trump White House ban on CNN, MS NOW and Politico

U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly granted CNN, MS NOW and Politico a preliminary injunction on 13 October, barring the Trump administration from enforcing its White House access ban while the full case is heard, Variety reported. The order extends a 24 September emergency order restoring hard-pass credentials, Variety reported.
