McClay says NZ will honour India trade deal as visa row deepens

Trade Minister Todd McClay insists New Zealand will meet its commitments under the India free trade agreement, but acknowledged Immigration Minister Erica Stanford hasn't finalised visa settings. Coalition partners NZ First and the government are locked in dispute over whether proposed changes would unfairly affect Indian nationals. Neither will release the briefing document at the centre of the row.
