Trade minister says NZ will keep India deal promise as visa rules stay unclear

Trade Minister Todd McClay says New Zealand will stick to its promise under a trade deal with India, even though Immigration Minister Erica Stanford hasn't finished deciding on visa rules. The government and NZ First disagree over whether the new rules might treat Indian people unfairly. Both sides won't share the document that started the argument.
