Tammy Nguyen opera aria scheduled for Venice Biennale closing

An aria, a solo song from an opera, from Tammy Nguyen's Timaeus and The Teacher: Foreword will be performed on 13 and 14 November in the closing programme of the Venice Biennale in Italy, according to The Art Newspaper. The work, commissioned by Wesleyan University in Connecticut, explores nationhood and journeys for freedom, the newspaper reported.
