LNK Energies says its hydrogen retrofit for Class 8 diesel trucks, the heaviest long-haul rigs, cuts total ownership and operating costs by 13% versus diesel. CTO Alexis Huynh told TechCrunch Oct. 13. The MIT startup, led by CEO Sayandeep Biswas, says after 50-100 builds it can beat $6.50-per-gallon diesel without subsidies.
