Ovation Rights to Acquire Hell's Kitchen Broadway Economic Interests

Deadline reported Oct. 13 that Ovation Rights announced a long-term partnership with Alicia Keys to acquire the economic interests held by Hell's Kitchen's original Broadway production company. The deal is intended to give investors cash now instead of waiting years for distributions. The price was not disclosed.
