HBO hands two-season order to 'Merrick & Treves' animated comedy

HBO has handed 'Merrick & Treves' a two-season order, Variety reported on 13 October 2026. The half-hour animated comedy comes as a straight-to-series order, meaning no pilot is shot first. It comes from 'Archer' alums Adam Reed, Casey Willis and Lucky Yates, who will co-create and executive-produce.
