Burnham seeks new EU trade deal in November

Reuters reported on 12 October that Prime Minister Andy Burnham told Parliament he would press for a deal to improve trade, buying and selling, with the EU. The EU will host Britain for talks on 20 November. That gives ministers just over a month to agree what closer ties mean in practice.
