Mullins fined £1,100 as Final Demand loses Cheltenham second over drug positive

Willie Mullins was fined £1,100 after Final Demand was disqualified from second in the Brown Advisory Novices' Chase at Cheltenham on 11 March, the BHA confirmed. Testing found mepivacaine, a local anaesthetic banned on raceday, in the horse. Mullins had failed to declare the drug on pre-race medical forms.
