NFL suspends 49ers' Greenlaw one game for headbutt

NFL suspended 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw one game for headbutting helmetless Seahawks linebacker Ernest Jones IV in San Francisco's 32-29 win Sunday in Seattle. Jones was left bleeding and Greenlaw was ejected. The league called the act "contrary to the generally understood principles of sportsmanship." Greenlaw will miss next Monday night's game against Washington. He can appeal.
