
NZ First would replace employer work visa with shortage-based visa
New Zealand First says it would scrap the Accredited Employer Work Visa, the visa for migrants with a job offer, if re-elected. It would replace it with a Skilled Work Visa, the party said at a public meeting in Dunedin, RNZ reported. Entry would depend on occupation, region and proven shortage.
