Bob Mackie died of head trauma after 11 September fall, death certificate shows

Fashion designer Bob Mackie, 87, died on 14 September at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs from subarachnoid haemorrhage and blunt head trauma after a fall on 11 September, his death certificate shows. US magazine obtained the certificate, Deadline reported on 10 October. Deadline reported he fell at Joseph McFate's home and had pneumonia before and after.
