Russian Strikes Kill 15 in Southeast Ukraine, Hit Homes and Power

Russian strikes early Oct. 10 killed 15 people, including three children, in southeastern Ukraine, Ukrainian officials said. President Zelenskyy said five glide bombs — guided munitions launched from aircraft — hit apartment buildings in Zaporizhzhia. Ukraine’s largest private energy provider reported large-scale power outages in Kyiv after energy infrastructure was hit.
