U.S. Sanctions International Criminal Court; Rubio Vows to Dismantle It

The United States placed broad sanctions on the International Criminal Court on Oct. 9, the State Department said. Secretary of State Marco Rubio vowed to dismantle the court, NPR reported Oct. 10. The Treasury office that enforces sanctions, OFAC, listed the action and issued licenses, including a 180-day license allowing limited activity with the court.
