Russell fastest in Singapore practice but faces back-of-grid start

Timing screens showed George Russell fastest in Friday practice for the Singapore Grand Prix, 0.198 seconds clear of Charles Leclerc on soft tyres, the quickest rubber. The Mercedes driver will start Sunday's race from the back of the grid as penalty for using too many engine parts. Lando Norris was third, 0.273 seconds back.
