5 logged a £10.9 million operating loss in 2025, Companies House accounts reported by Deadline show. The Skydance-owned UK broadcaster kept pre-tax profit at £11.93 million only via a one-off £19.1 million gain from shifting its Viacom Interactive stake intra-group. The company blamed tough TV advertising and higher streaming, content and marketing spend.
