Prince Harry says he did not cry for nearly 20 years after Diana's death
Prince Harry said he did not cry when Diana, Princess of Wales, died in 1997, nor for nearly 20 years afterwards. In MasterClass episode Redefining Grief: Building Resilience Through Loss, published 8 October, he said he was a 12-year-old boy with "no permission to fall apart and no roadmap for how to heal" and described the years after as numbness.
