BMW iX4 50 xDrive offers 428-mile range

BMW introduced the iX4 50 xDrive, its third Neue Klasse electric model. It is rated at up to 428 miles of EPA range from a 112 kWh battery using sixth-generation cells and pack-to-open-body construction, where the battery strengthens the structure. Its 800-volt system charges from 10 to 80 percent in 21 minutes.
