India Says Starlink Licensing Rules Are Fair

India's communications ministry denied Elon Musk's claim that satellite internet licensing favors rivals. It said rules apply equally to all applicants. Starlink and two other approved companies must still pass security checks on data interception, privacy and traffic routing before receiving radio spectrum to operate.
