
Manchester City found guilty of financial breaches over £830m 'sham' deals
An independent commission found Manchester City guilty of all charges of breaching Premier League financial rules between 2009-10 and 2017-18. The league said the club falsely inflated commercial revenues by £830m through "sham" contracts centred on inaccurate financial information and undisclosed player and manager payments.
