Billionaire David Reuben has been a Monaco tax resident, meaning where he pays tax, since at least 2014, according to TaxWatch research his spokesperson confirmed. That challenges a Sunday Times report that the 88-year-old left London for Monaco over possible UK wealth taxes. In a 2024 court statement, he said he had lived in Monaco for about 10 years.
